When can I view the apartments?
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, however we are happy to accompany evening and weekend appointments where possible, please contact us to agree a day and time.
What’s the administration fee for?
The £200.00 administration fee goes towards the referencing and inventory procedure. This fee is non-refundable should you fail your references or withdraw your interest in the property.
Will I need to be referenced?
Yes, all prospective tenants will be subject to referencing from an external agency. This will include a credit check, employment check and current landlord’s reference.
Will I need to pay a Deposit and how will it be held?
A deposit will need to be paid on the day you move in, and will be held under The Dispute Service. Please see www.tds.gb.com for more information on how the scheme operates.
How can I pay?
The initial monies will need to be paid by BACs (we do not have card payment facilities). Your monthly rental will be payable by standing order.
What are the rules on pets and smokers?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets and our developments are non-smoking.
What length of tenancy can I have?
All tenancies are a minimum of 12 months, a longer period can be negotiated if required.
What happens if something in the flat doesn’t work?
We will organise for one of our approved contractors to visit the property and rectify the problem as soon as possible, at a time to suit you if you wish to be present.
